Welcome to Hazy Point. These terms apply when you use hazypoint.com or buy from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Use of the site
You may browse and shop for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may update the site, these terms, or our products at any time; changes apply from the date they're posted.

Ordering and payment
Every order is made to order. Placing an order is an offer to buy, and we may decline or cancel any order (for example, for suspected fraud or a pricing error), in which case you'll get a full refund. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. Prices are in US dollars; taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.

Products, descriptions and pricing
We work to show our products accurately. Because each item is printed or embroidered to order, small variations in colour, print placement and sizing are normal and aren't defects. Screen settings can also affect how colours look. We may correct errors in descriptions or prices, and change prices at any time, though changes won't affect orders already placed.

Shipping and delivery
Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier delivers your order. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property
All Hazy Point names, logos, designs, artwork, photos and site content belong to Hazy Point or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission. Buying a product doesn't give you any rights to its design.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Hazy Point isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
